Sister M. Michelle of All Saints passed peacefully to eternal life at Milford Regional Medical Center on April 17, 2026, in the 62nd year of her religious life. Mother Mary Rose, Sister Jeanne Francis, and Sister Barbara Maloy were at her bedside.

Agnes Louise Moore was born on March 20,1946 in Portsmouth, NH. She was the second of three children born to Reginald and Elizabeth (nee Baston) Moore, and is survived by her sisters, Mary Ann Crowe and Kathleen Walls.  Having entered the Congregation on September 12, 1964, Sister Michelle received the Carmelite habit on March 19, 1965, and professed First Vows on April 5, 1967. Promising her entire life to God, she professed Perpetual Vows on December 8, 1972. Sister Michelle was missioned at Marian Manor (1967-1976), Garvey Manor (1976-1981), Villa Teresa (1981-1983), St. Raphael’s Home (1983-2005), Mother Angeline McCrory Manor (2005-2006), and St. Patrick’s Manor (2006-2026). After faithfully carrying out her duties for many years her health began to fail, and to provide her with the care she needed, Sister Michelle was admitted as a resident. Even then, she managed to get around in her wheelchair to visit residents, staff, the gift shop, and especially Our Lord in the Chapel.
Although Sister Michelle shared in the Cross of Christ, she was also blessed by Him with many gifts and used them in the service of the residents and Sisters. Always willing to give her all, she generously shared her creativity and artistic talents by ministering to the residents in roles that included Director of Therapeutic Activities, Recreational Therapist, and Certified Activity Director. The Lord whom she loved and served so faithfully has taken the cross from the shoulders of our Sister Mary Michelle of All Saints. May the promised “hundredfold” be hers for all eternity!
